Q: Where is the meeting point?
A: The meeting point is at Heraklion Port.
Q: What would happen if it rained?
A: Our Crete Catamaran Cruise departs from Heraklion to Dia Island rain or shine. However, if there is excessive rainfall or dangerous maritime weather conditions, we may have to cancel or postpone the excursion. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Q: Should I be worried about seasickness?
A: If you are at risk for sea sickness, we recommend bringing motion sickness medicine with you, as it is not given onboard. We also request that you avoid beverages and dairy items if you have a sensitive stomach.
- For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled activity, there will be NO REFUND.
- You can change travel date more than 15 days prior to scheduled activity, there will be 25% ticketing and service fee of total tour price.
