Description

Beylerbeyi Palace was the house of Ottoman Empire Sultans, who were once ruling over lands spanning 3 continents.

It was built during the reign of the sultan who conquered Constantinople, Sultan Mehmed II; used as the headquarter of the empire until the Dolmabahce Palace was built, and converted to a museum in 1924.

It was the administrative center of the late Ottoman Empire with the last of Ottoman Sultans was residing there.

After the Ottoman, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk stayed there welcomed his foreign guests and made a practical center for national, historical and language congress and for international conferences.

Schedule

10:00 AM: Meet your guide at a pre-arranged location and start the tour by visiting the Dolmabahce Palace, a 19th-century palace located on the Bosphorus shore. Admire the lavish decoration and design, including crystal chandeliers, gold leaf, and marble columns.
12:30 PM: Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. (not included)
2:00 PM: Visit the Beylerbeyi Palace, a summer residence of the Ottoman Sultans located on the Asian side of Istanbul. Explore the opulent interior, including the grand hall, dining room, and the Sultan's room.
5:00 PM: End the tour with a visit to authentic Egyptian Spice Market after that transfer your hotel.
